Bee Creative Event Supplies
Bee Creative is a four-day crafting weekend that brings women together for creative workshops, open crafting time, fellowship, and devotional moments. This grant request supports the supplies and event resources needed to make the weekend welcoming, organized, and accessible for participants.
Project Summary
The Houston Northwest Corps hosts Bee Creative as an annual outreach event for women, combining hands-on crafting, class-based instruction, free creative time, devotions, and fellowship. Support from the Women’s Auxiliary will help provide general event supplies, shared workshop materials, table organization items, extension cords and power support, decorative and hospitality materials, and other supplies needed throughout the event.

Funds can provide paper goods, adhesives, paints, brushes, cutting supplies, embellishments, storage containers, and class materials used across multiple workshops.
Better Table Organization
Table organizers, supply bins, labels, and shared tool stations help each participant work comfortably in a busy crafting environment.
Event Readiness
Extension cords, power strips, signage, check-in materials, hospitality supplies, and room setup items help the event run smoothly across all four days.
Current Event Inspiration
The 2026 registration page lists Bee Creative 2026 – Bee Kind at 12507 Windfern Rd, Houston, TX, with an event pass for all four days, June 3–6, 2026. The registration materials describe workshops such as canvas painting, wood carving, bee wreath making, scrapbook envelope folios, Bible journaling, tassel making, cupcake decorating, loaded pocket envelopes, and handmade card projects.
